Stainless steel mesh cloth also known as stainless steel wire cloth, stainless steel filter.
Stainless steel mesh cloth with stainless steel wire woven in accordance with the order of longitude and latitude, mesh can be according to the size of mesh and wire diameter to distinguish the specifications.
Good corrosion resistance, longer life than ordinary steel, high temperature oxidation resistance and high strength cleaning, high finish.
According to the knitting type, it is divided into four types
Plain Dutch Weave Filter Cloth
1.Material:304 304L 316 316L
2.Mesh:7-400mesh
3.Weaving: plain weave
4.Applications:Sizing (screening), separation (filtering), refining, drying, reinforcement, catalysts, conveyors, shielding, and other industrial, mining and agricultural applications
The most common weave with warp and shute wires passing alternately over and under each other, keeping a constant distance between adjacent ones, respectively.Dutch weave woven wire mesh. The coarser wire in the warp direction and the finer wire in the weft direction.
Twill Dutch Weave wire cloth

3.Applications:Sizing (screening), separation (filtering), refining, drying, reinforcement, catalysts, conveyors, shielding, and other industrial, mining and agricultural applications
Twill Dutch weave wire cloth combines Dutch and twill weaving to provide a fine mesh filtering cloth. Shute wires are passed over and under two warp wires, providing a tight, fine filter with tapered openings.

Reverse dutch weave woven wire mesh is different from dutch weave woven wire mesh.Reverse dutch woven wire mesh. The coarser wire in the weft direction and the finer wire in the warp direction.
Reverse Twill Dutch weave wire cloth

Manufactured as a Reverse Plain Dutch Weave in a twill pattern, which reduces the deformation of the warp wire, this cloth is very stable and particularly strong in the warp direction with a high flow rate.
It is well suited to high-pressure filtration including continuous filter screens used in polymer filtration and selected sand screen applications for which custom/bespoke specifications have been developed.
