Features:
1. Enhanced Durability: Reinforces the mold structure, ensuring long-lasting performance under frequent use.
2. Improved Stability: Maintains shape integrity, preventing deformation during production.
3. Efficient Air Flow: Mesh design promotes faster drying and consistent shaping for high-quality trays.
4. Rust-Resistant Material: Made from corrosion-resistant metal for prolonged use, even in humid environments.
5. Precision Fit Customizable to various mold sizes, providing a snug fit that ensures optimal functionality.
Main Uses:
1. Venting of Molds
Function: Remove gas from the mold cavity to prevent bubbles, burning or incomplete filling of injection/die castings.
Application scenarios:Injection molds,Die casting molds,Rubber vulcanization molds.
2. Molten Metal Filtration
Function: Filter impurities (such as oxides and slag) in molten metals such as aluminum liquid and magnesium liquid to improve the purity of castings.
Application scenarios:Low-pressure/high-pressure casting (automobile engine cylinder block, wheel hub),Gravity casting (valves, pump bodies).
3. Reinforcement of Mold Structure
Function: Embed vulnerable parts of the mold (such as thin walls and sharp corners) to disperse stress and prevent cracks.
Application scenarios:Glass molds (bottle mouth and bottom reinforcement),Large composite molds (wind turbine blades, hulls).
4. Release Aid
Function: The mesh surface reduces the adsorption force between the product and the mold to achieve smooth demolding.
Application scenarios:Precision ceramic molding,Food molds (chocolate, candy making).
5. Special Process Support
Vacuum adsorption positioning: used for vacuum bag molding of composite materials (aerospace parts).
Anti-splash barrier: blocks slag splash in welding molds.
How is stainless steel wire mesh for pulp moulding is use?
1) Water is added to paper pulp from numerous sources to create a slurry.
2) On a metal mould, wire mesh is arranged.
3) The slurry is applied to the entire mould.
4) Water can be removed from the pulp and fibre by vacuuming through the mesh.
5) After heat and pressure are applied, it also aids in shaping the pulp and fibre into
the proper shape.
